Federal and state election laws govern all aspects of the voting process, Including when and how elections are conducted, who is eligible to vote, and how controversies are decided. Attorney Christie Varnado, a member of the South Carolina Association of Registration and Election Officials, has represented political parties, candidates, and voters in various types of challenges to the election process throughout the state.
