The firm typically represents employers in such claims as wrongful discharge, retaliatory discharge, defamation, tortious interference with contracts, enforcement of non-compete agreements, and wage and hour compliance. Our attorneys occasionally will represent the interests of employees with regard to termination agreements and non-competition negotiations.
